1. The service

WildNight AI Companion offers interactive conversations with AI companion characters. Characters are virtual personas — software, not real people. Any emotional content, memories, or relationships portrayed are simulated entertainment.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and hold a WildNight store account. Access may be restricted where adult-oriented services are unlawful.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for unlawful content, harassment, or attempts to extract the underlying models or prompt systems. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.

4. AI limitations

AI characters may produce inaccurate or unexpected content. Nothing a companion says constitutes medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. The Service is not a substitute for professional help or human relationships.

5. Purchases

Links to physical products lead to the WildNight store and are governed by the store's own terms. The Service itself is currently free to use.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. Material changes will be announced in-app.
